Corinthians 13:4–7
Head over heels in love.
Waiting for you,
Serendipity and a locked Sunfire
Love is Patient
Falling for you
Gentle flowers, Carnations not Roses
Love is Kind
Brains and wit!
Intelligence matched, strength and skills
It Does not Envy
Calm Appreciation
Faith enduring, gratitude for the union
It does not boast
Uncertain Futures
Troubled pasts melding into an unbreakable whole
It is not Proud
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
You ever have one of those weird mornings when things are linking up but not in your usual manner? Well, today’s one of those days.
My wife is back at work for the first time in most of a year, [right, I need to call EI and report her income when it becomes relevant]. I am still working bookkeeping jobs, but now I’m at home with all five kids, and there’s housework to be done on top of everything else. It’s going to be an interesting day to say the least.
Wonder how long to cook a 1.5kg pork roast in the slow cooker for pulled pork? Looks like 6–8 hrs on low. So, I’ll go set that up, round up some potatoes and veggies around 2, and we’ll have a hearty dinner when she’s getting home tonight. Thanks for reading. It’s been a slice.
And as always, if you’re interested, here’s an e-mail sign-up for my author endeavor, do leave your name so I know who’s interested in reading things. Thanks.
Duke.
