Just Write Dammit!
I don’t care if you write in script, write scripts, write prose, poetry, neo-futuristic hashtag lingo, it doesn’t matter! What matters is that if you’re a writer, you write.
Look I get it. Life’s busy, things happen, you have to keep on top of your social networks, the kids need fed, there’s just one more episode in the season…
Results Not Reasons
Life is not about excuses, or reasons, or any of the stories you use to assuage your feelings, (or mine this morning, it’s been that kind of morning), where you do almost anything except make progress on the goals you started out with.
I am a writer. I write. I am also a father, Accountant, housekeeper, husband, and all those other thing. But sitting on facebook isn’t helping me. Constantly refresing my stat’s page is killing my productivity. Dribbling out quasi-useful not really helpful drivel like this post is only marginally useful at best, so all in all it’s time to stop writing this post and get back to something that will result in forward progress.
